Recipe.1 Olive oil fried fish fresh Green Herbs.
- OLIVE OIL- 200 Ml
- CHOPPED GARLIC – 3 Cloves
- CHOPPED Dill – 40 gms
- CHOPPED Coriander – 30 Gms
- CHOPPED Spring onion – 25 gms
- CHOPPED curry leaves – A big handful
- Lemon Rind Grated – 2 lemons
- Cinnamon powder – 1 Tsp.
- SALT – As per taste
- CRUSHED BLACK PEPPER – 1 Tsp.
- Fish Snapper – 6 pcs 30 gms each
Step.1 Method Clean Fish & Pierce it to enter flavors.
Step.2 take all fresh greens (garlic,Dill,Coriander,Spring Onion,Curry Leaves)
Step.3 Blend above ingredients Until smooth
Step.4 Apply Above Blended marinade over Snapper With Cinnamon,Lemon Salt And pepper.
Step.5 Now Heat Olive oil In a Non Stick Pan & Once It Gets Hot ,Place Green
Step.6 Marinated Fish,Slow Cook Until Its done.
And last Serve It with Fresh Lemon & Coriander Sprig.
